“We recently moved into our 1911 two-story craftsman, which of course had hot water heat and no AC. We chose a ducted mini split with one air handler in the basement for the first floor and the second air handler in our walk-up attic for the second floor bedrooms.
Mike and Dalton did the installation. Each day of the project, we were absolutely amazed at their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The registers and returns look fantastic. In the basement and attic, all the ductwork is beautifully tucked out of the way with no lost headroom. It truly is a work of art. And, best of all, our closets are untouched! I can’t believe how quiet the system is – you can barely hear it.
They finished just before the first big heat wave in June, thank goodness. And, a month later everything is working perfectly.
We highly recommend Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning. If you get get Mike and Dalton, that’s a bonus! Your dogs will love them.”

“On 6/27/22, Mike and Dalton arrived to install a furnace, hot water heater, and mini-split. This was a three day event for them. As time went by, it was evident that these two gentlemen really knew what they were doing and had a mastery of multiple systems.
I pestered Mike with questions regarding the various hardware being installed, and he thoroughly answered each. Tried to stump him, but he wasn’t having any of that. It was also impressive in the way Mike spent time coaching Dalton on various aspects of the installation process. He was very patient and let Dalton do the work.
Dalton was incredibly precise in all his work. If it wasn’t level, square, plumb, or clean, it was re-done. He had the job of climbing a high ladder to install the channel for the split on the side of the house which clearly impressed me that this, was no DIY job. At the end of each day, Dalton made sure the job site was clean.
Nick scheduled time and date to come out to the property to assess the job site. Bingo- he showed up on time (thankfully he did not have a bow tie on which in my book does not bode well going forward, just saying). But he also took the time and effort to drive some distance on 6/27 to make sure all of us were on the same page and to address any concerns I may have had about the project. That was very much appreciated.
Based on all of this and more, it was clear to me that I made the correct decision in hiring Perfection Heating to handle this job. It was completed with professionalism and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone contemplating installing a system.

“5/11/2022 Perfection Heating installed a new furnace at our home on May 2, 2022. Our experience throughout the process was wonderful … everything proceeded smoothly without a hitch:
* Emergency service at night when the furnace went out
* Inspection of our old non-working furnace

I got a continuously running fan installed in my bathroom. A motion sensor is typical but I'll add that if you have a small bathroom next to a hallway and often keep the bathroom door open, you may not want the motion sensor. The sensor has a range of 10 feet at 90 degrees so we often trigger the fan to run at a higher speed just when we walk by. We've unplugged the motion sensor. I also included a humidity sensor that will still trigger the fan to run at a higher speed during a shower.”

“I called Perfection Heating in the fall of 2020 wanting an estimate for an AprilAire Humidifier purchase/installation. I spoke to a technician Nick about how dry my house is in the winter and also my basement smells musty in the summer even with the central air and a dehumidifier running. I told him it continues to smell also in the fall after the outdoor temperatures have cooled. I wanted the home's heating/ventilation system looked over because another issue was the basement was very cold in the winter.
Nick came to my home to look over my heating/venting system. He found I had no air return installed in the basement and that was probably why the basement smelled musty. He also found in a spare room there was a heat register in the ceiling but no duct work. He then found the damper was closed on an existing heat vent which was contributing to the cold temperatures.
Nick did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, but simply explained what would benefit the indoor air quality of my home on the main living level and the basement. Nick gave me an affordable estimate to have the humidifier installed, add an air return and run duct work to the spare room. I was most impressed with his knowledge, explaining in terms I understood, and how thorough he was inspecting the home and heating system.
I had Mike and Allen to my home to perform the installation of the above items. Their workmanship was superior quality, they were respectful of my home, laid down tarps, wore face masks, completed the job in a timely manner, and cleaned up when finished.
They also added a tee to my furnace drain hose which prevents water from backing up into my furnace (which would ruin the furnace) should the drain hose ever develop a blockage.
Within two days of having the air return installed and to this day, I have had no musty smell, even with the AprilAire Humidifier running.
All I can say is WOW! I am truly impressed with this company from start to finish. It's nice to see character and integrity still count. I will be calling them for any future repairs/replacements I may need done. Thank you Gentlemen, great job!”

“Perfection Heating & Air recently installed a new furnace and A/C in my home. This was really a big job because the furnace had to be moved, since the old one was sitting on top of the floor drain. Mike and Jaycen, the two gentlemen who completed the install, were wonderful. They kept me informed on how things were going and pointed out why certain things were being done the way they were. They were unable to complete the install in one day, but made sure they didn’t leave the first day until the A/C was up and running. With the temperature at about 90 degrees and the humidity levels high, this was greatly appreciated. The two were extremely professional and respectful, which allowed me to continue to work throughout the day without much disruption. I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job these two did. The experience from the obtaining the estimate through the completion of the install was seamless and couldn’t have gone better. Jordan and his team are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. So far they have replaced 3 large heaters in our warehouse and repaired a pain in the rear boiler that was on the fritz for months before I found them. We are now cozy in our offices and couldn’t be happier. The owner was so impressed with their service that he had me call them to service other tenants of the building we occupy.
