“We recently moved into our 1911 two-story craftsman, which of course had hot water heat and no AC. We chose a ducted mini split with one air handler in the basement for the first floor and the second air handler in our walk-up attic for the second floor bedrooms.
Mike and Dalton did the installation. Each day of the project, we were absolutely amazed at their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The registers and returns look fantastic. In the basement and attic, all the ductwork is beautifully tucked out of the way with no lost headroom. It truly is a work of art. And, best of all, our closets are untouched! I can’t believe how quiet the system is – you can barely hear it.
They finished just before the first big heat wave in June, thank goodness. And, a month later everything is working perfectly.

“On 6/27/22, Mike and Dalton arrived to install a furnace, hot water heater, and mini-split. This was a three day event for them. As time went by, it was evident that these two gentlemen really knew what they were doing and had a mastery of multiple systems.
I pestered Mike with questions regarding the various hardware being installed, and he thoroughly answered each. Tried to stump him, but he wasn’t having any of that. It was also impressive in the way Mike spent time coaching Dalton on various aspects of the installation process. He was very patient and let Dalton do the work.
Dalton was incredibly precise in all his work. If it wasn’t level, square, plumb, or clean, it was re-done. He had the job of climbing a high ladder to install the channel for the split on the side of the house which clearly impressed me that this, was no DIY job. At the end of each day, Dalton made sure the job site was clean.
Nick scheduled time and date to come out to the property to assess the job site. Bingo- he showed up on time (thankfully he did not have a bow tie on which in my book does not bode well going forward, just saying). But he also took the time and effort to drive some distance on 6/27 to make sure all of us were on the same page and to address any concerns I may have had about the project. That was very much appreciated.
Based on all of this and more, it was clear to me that I made the correct decision in hiring Perfection Heating to handle this job. It was completed with professionalism and on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone contemplating installing a system.
